TLUG 20th anniversary event planning meeting

this will be a planning meeting to discuss our 20th anniversary party (similar, or better than the 15th anniversary)

volunteers will be needed to:

1) search for a party space
2) contact potential sponsors
3) manage the attendance list
4) prepare a slideshow
5) contact past presidents and invite to a Skype session, or to record a
video message (like Craig did last time)
6) promote the event
7) run a reception desk during the event
